Terms and Conditions

 Wilson Cattle, LLC, its members, managers, employees and agents (“our,” “we,” or “us”) represent that any horse we sell has had pre-veterinary exams as required by any independent auction company at which our horses are sold and we will have a pre-veterinary exam done on any horse that we sell via direct sale.  Potential buyers of our horses have the responsibility to perform inspection or to independently confirm or verify the soundness of any horse they wish to purchase from us.  Buyers are strongly encouraged to have an independent veterinary exam at their own expense performed prior to purchasing any of our horses.  Buyers are also strongly encouraged to ride and visit the horse before the sale to ensure the horse meets their needs, that they are satisfied with the horse’s physical condition and that the horse is a good fit for them.  There is no express or implied warranted made by us as to the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any of our horses. Buyers are encouraged to do their homework well in advance of purchasing one of our horses to find the horse that best fits them. Upon purchasing one of our horses, you hold us harmless from all loss, cost and expense rising from illness, injury or death of the horse, or loss or damage to property, and injury or death of persons, caused by themselves, their agents, or employees, or by horse, subsequent to the time of purchase.
